Witches are taking over!

~ Enter on Webster (corner of Aurora Avenue & Webster Street)

~ Drop off your items at the Loaves & Fishes Community Services  truck and get your special raffle ticket **

~ Be ready with your tickets (printed or on your phone), be prepared to have all bags checked (what bag??? We suggest you leave those large things at home and use your souvenir bag for the evening.

~ Show your printed ticket at the gate

~ Grab your souvenirs, if drinking, get your ID checked and receive a ID bracelet!  Sabrina and Winifred ticket holders . . . don't wait in line . . . go immediately to the "Will Call" tent to pick up your pre-ordered fun activity tickets

~ Glinda ticket holders  . . . Purchase your activity tickets (don't wait at the first line--we have 3 locations!)

~ Ride your broomstick all over Naper Settlement (stop for the music and dance in the tent or rest??!! at the Witches Circle)

~ Amaze your friends (& yourself!!!) as you perform

~ Check out our Graveyard Givers Cemetery!

~ Send all our Sponsors and Raffle Basket Donors a "Lucky Charm Spell."  We are grateful for their support!

~ Enjoy the Bites and Brews in the Coven Cover tent

~ Try your luck at the fabulous Raffle Baskets in the tent

~ Marvel at the items at the Witches Bazaar in the Meeting House

~ Visit the Main Tent (Coven Cover) where you can find the fa-BOO-lous wine grab (top bottle is worth $100, others are $15+) Be extra luck if you choose one that contains a Pinot's Palette gift cards valued at $39! Check out the souvenir tee-shirt.

~ Warm up and wake up with some coffee and satisfy your sweet cravings in the tent

~ Strut your stuff at the Costume Contest and perhaps win the coveted prize **** 

~ Watch your time! You must be present to claim your winning Raffle Basket, 50/50 Draw, Silent Auction Ring, and Loaves & Fishes prize

** Loaves & Fishes Community Services Donation Ideas ~

  • Healthy Items (whole grain cereals & pastas, oatmeal, gluten-free items, low-sodium canned veggies, no-sugar canned fruits)

  • Personal Care Items (detergent & cleaning supplies, diapers & wipes, toilet paper, toothpaste & shampoo)

  • Grocery items (rice & couscous, dried beans & fruit, pasta & spaghetti sauce, coffee & tea, soups, 100% juices)

**** Costume Contest Criteria (Image of a 1st Class Witch!)~

You must sign up for the contest between 6 and 7

Limited to first 100 Witches

  • 25% Originality: Does the costume stand out from the rest?

  • 25% Creativity: Is it colorful, creative, have personality?

  • 25% Attention to Detail: Does it have complexity, is it accessorized?

  • 25% Theme: How accurate is the "Witches" theme portrayed?
